Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only
Schedule: Looking for one Hem Onc provider to work in our outpatient clinic in southern WA preferably full time for November through June 2026. 3 weeks per month would be accepted. Monday-Friday, 8a-5p. No call.

· Patients per shift: 16-20
· Providers Requested: 1
· EMR: Epic
· Bed in department: 16
Practice Setting:
• Outpatient
