The University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) is expanding its academic cancer program in Galveston, Texas, and has multiple Hematology/Oncology faculty positions available, including leadership roles for those ready to help shape what this program becomes. This is a full academic appointment with clinical care, teaching, and research built into the model, at an institution with the infrastructure and institutional commitment to back it up.


Position Overview


  • Full-time academic faculty role with flexibility to focus on general hem/onc, benign hematology, or a disease-specific oncology subspecialty
  • Leadership opportunities available, including Fellowship Program Director and Head of Cellular Therapy
