Qualifications
BE/BC in Hematology – REQUIRED
BE/BC in Medical Oncology – REQUIRED
(Must be Board Certified within 1 year of employment)
Iowa and Illinois Licenses (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED
DEA & CSR/CDA (or willing to obtain before start) – REQUIRED
Clean malpractice history – Preferred
🚫 Cannot accept providers with cases in probate or requiring supervision
🚫 Visa sponsorship (J-1/H-1B) is not available

Working Hours
Outpatient Clinic:
🕘 Monday–Friday, approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
(with flexibility depending on patient load and call responsibilities)
Inpatient Consults:
🏥 Primarily at Genesis Medical Center – Davenport (as per job description)
⏰ Covered via shared call rotation
Call Coverage:
📞 Shared call model, exact frequency TBD (likely 1:3 or 1:4)
💤 Overnight or weekend call coverage expected as part of the team rotation
