Medical Oncologist / Hematologist – $50K Sign-On Bonus | Clinton, IA
Location: Clinton, Iowa
Setting: Hospital-Attached Cancer Center
Schedule: Full-Time | Minimal After-Hours Call (Phone Only)

Position Overview:
A respected oncology practice in Eastern Iowa is seeking a Board Certified or Eligible Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join its collaborative and patient-centered team. This role offers a balanced mix of medical oncology and hematology in a modern facility with strong nursing and specialist support.

Key Practice Details:

• ~70% Medical Oncology / ~30% Hematology

• ~30 patients/day

• Consults: 30 mins | Follow-ups: 15 mins

• Supported by 4 RNs, MA, CNA, front desk

• Onsite infusion center & full ancillary services

• Radiation Oncology via academic affiliate

• Minimal call responsibilities – phone only

• Potential future rotation to nearby facility

• Integrated referrals from large PCP base

Candidate Requirements:
BC/BE in Medical Oncology – Required
BC/BE in Hematology – Required
Iowa medical license or eligibility – Required
Not accepting J1, H1B, or Locum candidates
No supervision or malpractice in probate

Compensation & Benefits:
