- Preferred Schedule: Mon-Fri (8a-430p)
- Worksite Setting: Outpatient
- Scope of Work:
- Clinic Volume: up to 20 patients per day
- Support Staff: 5 RNs, 2 MAs
- No call or rounding
- Knowledge of NCCN guidelines
- Emergency response skills from side effects of medication
- Chemotherapy treatment plans
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active IN license and DEA required at time of present; BC HEM/ONC
- EMR: Epic
