Position: Locum Tenens Hematologist/Oncologist
Location: Hartford, Connecticut
Start Date: As soon as credentialed (~130 days from offer acceptance)
Duration: Ongoing coverage for provider on leave

🗓️ Schedule:

Clinic: 3 days/week, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Call:

Nights: 1 in 10 rotation

Weekends: 2–3 weekends/year (infrequent)

Setting: Mix of inpatient consults and outpatient clinic

Patient Population: Adults and geriatric only

Case Mix: 80% Hematology / 20% Oncology

Daily Census: ~10 inpatients; ~15 outpatient visits/day

Trauma Level: Level I Trauma Center

Support Staff: 10 physicians, 8 advanced practice providers
