Full Time
The Cancer Center, a renowned facility that has been serving the Tuscaloosa community for over 30 years, is seeking an experienced Oncologist to join our team. We are a proud recipient of the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer three-year accreditation with commendation, the highest level of approval.
Practice Overview:
* Call Schedule: 1:5
* Average Number of Patients per Day: 15-20
* Medical Oncology Exam Rooms: 12
* Radiation Oncology Exam Rooms: 6
* Support Provided:
* Hospital: Nursing, billing, and insurance administration
* Oncology Associates: Credentialing, accounting, F\&M review, and HR services
Qualifications:
* Board-certified or Board-eligible in Medical Oncology
* Previous experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply
* Excellent communication and patient care skills
Compensation & Benefits:
* Contract Length: 2-3 years with partnership option at the end of the term
* Salary: Potential of \$400k+ annually, plus dividends
* Productivity Raise: At the end of Year 1
