Regional Medical Director of Oncology in Pennsylvania - Visa Eligible
Located in DuBois, PA - Pittsburgh 100m
Full Time; Permanent Position

Seeking BC in Hematology/Oncology
Clinical Details:
- Join a collaborative team of 4 hematology-oncology physicians and 7 advanced practice providers delivering multidisciplinary cancer care
- Services include immunotherapy, chemotherapy, management of solid tumors, and blood cancers
- Supported by an onsite RN supervisor and a team of oncology-certified or eligible RNs
- Participate in shared call coverage with the physician group
Administrative Details:
- Previous Medical Director experience required (5-10 years preferred); must be Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology
- Workload split: 70% clinical, 30% administrative duties
- Responsible for on-site presence at all regional locations at least monthly, including:
- DuBois (base)
- Brookville, Clearfield, Punxsutawney, Clarion, and St. Marys satellite offices (all within a 30-minute drive)
- Will oversee system-wide oncology services and must demonstrate outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments and facilities within the Penn Highlands system
