Practice Details
- Two-physician Hematology/Oncology group with 3 APPs, 4 Medical Assistants, 3 Nurses, and a Phlebotomist
- Outpatient practice with clinic volumes of 20 to 25 patients per day
- Modern facilities with strong operational support and a practice model built around physician autonomy
- Phone-only call coverage with a schedule structured for long-term sustainability
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the opportunity for a four-day workweek
- Quality-of-life call model with phone coverage only
- 31 days of paid time off
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $575,000 with total earning potential exceeding $1 million annually
- 31 days PTO and a comprehensive benefits package
Candidate Requirements
- Fellowship-trained and Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
- Comfortable in an outpatient-focused practice model
