Hematology/Oncology Opening - Community-Based Academic Opportunity - Wheeling, West Virginia Full Time/Permanent Position About the Opportunity: Seeking Hematology/Oncology Physicians to join a growing team. Academic ranks available: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor. Primary practice location in a mid-sized community hospital. Opportunities to work at additional sites in surrounding states if needed (travel expected). Collaborative, patient-centered environment with access to academic resources. Position Details: Practice in the areas of hematology and oncology. Involvement in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows. Multidisciplinary team approach to patient care. Radiation oncology and surgical oncology services available on-site. Access to clinical trials, pharmaceutical studies, and a statewide clinical trials network. Requirements: MD or DO (or foreign equivalent). Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency and Hematology/Oncology or Oncology fellowship. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Oncology.
