This 235-bed Accredited Independent Community Hospital is home and work to nearly 140 active physicians, comprised of both primary care and specialists. This picturesque Medical Center along with local hospitals has extensive outreach programs consisting of physician-staffed health clinics plus very active Community Care Network, home care, and hospice programs, providing a number of services not typically found in rural areas. Benefits:

  • Compensation: Competitive salary aligned with MGMA standards, $650,000-800,000 plus RVU bonus
  • Sign-On Bonus: $100,000

Job Responsibilities

Reason for Opening: Increased Volume
Call Schedule: 1:5 rotation
Scope of Work: Includes working in a collaborative relationship with our team of cancer care experts at our award-winning Yolanda G Barco Oncology Institute.
Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday
Support Staff: Fully staffed clinic with CRNP and nurses
Referral Base: Strong primary care referrals
On-Site: Interventional Radiology and Pathologist

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
HemOnc Board Certified
Eligible for or actively holds a Pennsylvania medical license
Open to candidates requiring H-1B visa sponsorship (if Board Certified)
Currently enrolled in or have completed a Hematology/Oncology fellowship (2026 graduates encouraged to apply — stipend available for early signers)
