Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a locum Hematology/Oncology provider to start as soon as credentialed. Details are listed below.
- Schedule: 3 clinic days (M-F) 8:00-4:30 some weekends and night call (infrequent)
- Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic
- Call schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10
- Adults/Geriatric
- 80% Hem 20% Onc *no internal Med
- 10 physicians in practice, 8 APPs
- 10 PPD for hospital, 15 for outpatient
- Level I Trauma
- EMR: Epic
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - REQUIRED
- CT license in hand at the time of submission - NO exceptions - REQUIRED
- Local, no flights - Highly Preferred
