Part-Time Hematology/Oncology Physician Opportunity – Pittsburgh VA Healthcare System

Description: The VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System (VAPHS) is recruiting for a part-time physician specializing in hematology/oncology to join our growing program. We are seeking candidates with excellent clinical skills and experience in the full range of care in hematology/oncology. VAPHS is one of the largest VA healthcare systems in the United States offering state-of-the-art technology that serves a large Veteran population in Western Pennsylvania and the surrounding areas. Job Responsibilities
Management of hematology/oncology patients in the outpatient, inpatient consult, and telehealth setting
Conducting and enrolling patients into clinical trials
Supervision and instruction of Hematology/Oncology and Internal Medicine residents/fellows.
Participation in multidisciplinary meetings
Basic and translational research in hematology and/or oncology
Qualifications
Board eligible/certified.
Working Hours
