We are seeking a Locum Tenens Hematology/Oncology Physician in Minnesota.

Position Type: Locum Tenens
Specialty: Physician - Hematology/Oncology
Location: Minnesota
Shift: Full-time coverage, including weekends on a rotating basis
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
End Date: Minimum of nine months
Position Details:
- Patient Population: Adult
- Setting: Inpatient only
- Responsibilities:
- Full-time inpatient coverage, including weekends and overnight call on rotation
- Call schedule: 5 PM - 8 AM (low call volume, average 1-2 calls per night)
- Average daily census: 10+ patients
- Trauma Level 1 hospital
- EMR: EPIC
- Required procedures: Management of VAD/CV catheters (assessment of port integrity) and Intrathecal chemotherapy
- On-Call/Weekend Requirements: Required
Requirements:
- Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology (ABMS) – Required
- Minnesota State License or IMLC – Required
- BLS Certification – Required
- Must be available for a minimum of nine months
- Estimated credentialing timeframe: 3-4 months
