This Hematology & Oncology position offers strong subspecialty collaboration, manageable volumes, and access to advanced diagnostics and treatment services on-site. Practice Overview

  • Join an established team of Hematology & Oncology physicians within a dedicated cancer center
  • Each physician is assigned their own RN with on-site dieticians, infusion center, and Radiation Oncologist
  • PET/CT on-site and 24 dedicated exam rooms
  • APPs handle first call Monday-Thursday with shared physician call otherwise

Schedule

  • Full-time defined as 35 patient-facing hours per week
  • Average 12-14 patients per day
  • EPIC EMR with Dragon/DAX voice dictation
  • Balanced inpatient and outpatient responsibilities within an integrated system

Compensation & Benefits

  • $625,000 base salary with wRVU
  • RVU threshold set at the 65th percentile, with premium paid above threshold
  • Generous sign-on bonus and relocation assistance up to $10,000
  • 33 days PTO, 10 days CME with $5,000 allowance, malpractice with tail, 401(k) and 457(b) plans

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology & Oncology
  • Comfortable managing a broad mix of hematologic and oncologic cases
  • Collaborative approach to multidisciplinary cancer care
  • Interest in practicing within a regional referral center serving a large catchment area
