We are seeking a Permanent Medical Director - Hematology Oncology in New York.

Position Details:
- Patient Population: Adult only
- Setting: Outpatient clinics located on hospital campuses
- Responsibilities: Lead a team of five physicians and four advanced practitioners, access tumor boards and grand rounds, provide care in both hematology and oncology specialties (50/50 split).
- Required Procedures: Must be skilled in both Hematology and Oncology care as outlined in the attached practice description.
- EMR System: Epic
- Support Staff: 5 APPs and 5 FT Radiation Oncologists on-site.
- Days Per Month: Full-time, 40-hour weeks.
- On-Call/Weekends: Approximately 1:5 weekends and 1:5 weeknights.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $450,000 - $600,000 annually with productivity bonuses and incentives (total cash compensation could exceed $800,000 - $950,000 based on performance).
