New Job Details –
Location: Sacramento, CA
Duration: Start March - August for 3-6 months (with the potential option to extend or convert to permanent)
Schedule: Full-time (open to 4-5 day work week)
>option to work 4 days in the clinic, and the fifth day will be admin time
Shift: M-F, 8a-5p
Call: None
Patient volume: 14-16 patients/day; 30 minutes for follow-up, 60 minutes for new and for procedures
Scope:
25% HEM/75% ONC
Clinic 100%
EMR: Epic
Clinic: Academic affiliated Comprehensive Cancer Center. The National Cancer Institute recognizes it as one of the top cancer centers in the country. Leading-edge cancer care in Northern, CA.
Group/support: 2 other fulltime hem/onc MDs, and support staff
Requirements (boards, license): Board certified in Oncology, California license (if board eligible must be recently trained, would ideally like IM, HEM, ONC), must have experience and comfortable with hematology, CLEAN NPDB
