  • Well-established private oncology practice founded in 1984 with national recognition and multiple awards
  • Turn-key clinical environment designed to support high patient volume
  • Strong mid-level support to enhance efficiency and continuity of care
  • Comprehensive facility including 12 exam rooms, 3 procedure rooms, 6 private infusion rooms, and 36 infusion chairs
  • Dedicated research space and an individual physician's office provided

Schedule


  • Flexibility to develop and refine your schedule as your practice grows
  • Active support for clinical trials and research participation
  • Weekly multidisciplinary tumor boards with Pathology, Surgery, Medical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology
  • Shared call schedule of 1:4, consult-only

Compensation & Benefits


  • Two-year employment agreement with a partnership option available in year three
  • $100,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance

  • Monthly fellowship stipend available for up to 24 months

Candidate Requirements


  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Medical Oncology or Hematology/Oncology
  • Interest in building a high-volume, community-based oncology practice
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, research-supported environment
