Job description Seeking a BC/BE Hematologist/Oncologist to join a 400+ multi-specialty group in central west Texas.

Job Duties Summary:

  • Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care for patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions
  • Diagnose, treat, and manage a variety of cancer types and blood disorders
  • Coordinate care with Radiation Oncology, Surgical Oncology, and other specialists within the group
  • Participate in tumor boards and collaborate on complex cases
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical protocol development
  • Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, and ongoing care
  • Optional participation in teaching, mentorship, and future residency training programs
