- Full-time position
- Working CMO role ( 10 hours a month for admin duties)
- Call Rotation: 1:5
- Mon-Fri (but there may be an option for a 4.5 day workweek)
- Supervising 2x Clinical Provider teams for total of 3x Physicians and 6x APs
- Base Salary Guarantee- 569k plus RVU and Quality (on average our physicians range 700k-1m)
- 20k Administrative Stipend paid annually
- 20k Starting Bonus
- 30k Retention Bonus- paid at 2nd anniversary
- 20k Relocation
- $6,500 annual CME
