Looking for one full time provider to cover at Swedish Cancer Institute - Issaquah.

We are not interested in doing a patchwork schedule with multiple locum providers due to the need for continuity of care and the long-term nature of this assignment.

DESCRIPTION:

· Number of clinic patients per day: 14-18

· Day shift-7:30 am, Mon, Tues, Weds and Friday --Very Limited call if needed.

· EMR: EPIC

· 100% Adult-30% Hematology 70% Oncology

· Outpatient=Hematology Inpatient=Hematology Oncology

· Participation on Tumor Boards-Management of VAD/CD Catheters

· Chemo-Intrathecal-preferred administration by physician

REQUIRED:

· WA State License; active

· Board Certified Hem/Onc

· ACLS-BLS

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided.

SCHEDULE:

Day shift-7:30 am, Mon, Tues, Weds and Friday --Very Limited call if needed.
