• Physician retention rates average 12 years across all specialties

• No inpatient oncology
• Tenured nursing and support staff, scribes
• 4-day work week

• Provider can live in Champaign, if desired

Compensation:

• 625K Salary
• 75K Sign on
• 60K Retention (20K per year over 3 years)
• Aggressive Hospital funded pension plan – Completely independent from your contributions
  • Hospital contributes $30,000 per year for years 1-5
  • Hospital contributes $60,000 per year, ongoing, after year 6
• 30 Days PTO
• Additional 403b with 4 percent match
• 10K Relocation
• $3,300 CE allowance
