We need a Hematology/Oncologist to join our team and provide coverage! This assignment offers a light call schedule and high-earning potential, perfect for work-life balance while providing comprehensive care to adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Manage clinic visits and provide inpatient consultations
• Perform bone marrow biopsies (highly preferred)

Practice Setting:

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient care for adults only
• Average volume of 12-16 patients per day
• Support staff includes 2 MDs, 2 APPs, and nurses

Qualifications:

• Board-certified in Hematology/Oncology
• Current New York state medical license
• BLS certification required

Schedule:

• 1 week per month, ongoing
• A minimum commitment of one year is required
• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with 1 hour of call
• Easy call schedule with additional compensation provided
