**Hematology/Oncology Opening - Findlay, OH** Located 45m to Toledo **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Fully comprehensive CoC accredited, stand-alone, regional cancer center, is undergoing a complete renovation which includes expansion of our onsite lab and pharmacy, addition of (9) new state-of-the art exam rooms, (8) infusion bays, as well as linear accelerator upgrades and replacement of our CT Simulator. - Clinic 4 days/week, 1 administrative day/week (remote), 1:4 inpatient call - 50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate - Care team model, 1 dedicated RN and 1 MA per physician, 2 NPs - Chemo certified RNs for inpatient chemotherapy administration - Robust general surgery program and specialty services ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology, GI - Hospitalist service admits - Mayo Clinic Care Network eConsult services, eTumor Boards - Practice and team dedicated to supporting you - Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations - Time with patients who respect your care - Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay - Leadership who are invested and seek your input - Strong and available subspecialty support - Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship **Onsite Services Include** - Radiation Oncology - Infusion Therapy - Lab and Pharmacy (board certified oncology pharmacist onsite) - Genetic Counseling - Clinical & Financial Navigation - Nutrition Services - Clinical Trials - Tumor Registry - GYN-Oncology - Social Work **Compensation/Benefits** - Salary Range: $500,000 to $600,000/year -- Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term. Based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
