Hospital and Medical Center in Connecticut is seeking a locum Hematology Oncology provider.

Details are listed below.

• Schedule: 3 clinic days (M-F) 8:00-4:30 some weekends and night call (infrequent)
• Setting: Inpatient consults and Outpatient Clinic
• Reason for coverage: LOA
• Call schedule: weekends: 2-3 per year/nights 1:10
• Adults/Geriatric
• 80% Hem 20% Oncology *no internal Med
• 10 physicians in practice, 8 APPs
• 10 PPD for hospital, 15 for outpatient
• Level I Trauma
• EMR: Epic
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days.

COMPENSATION:

REQUIREMENTS

Board Certified - Required

CT license - Required.

Local, no flights - Highly Preferred
