· No procedures

· EMR: EPIC

REQUIRED:

· KY state license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified

· Hematology Oncology Fellowship

· ACLS, BLS, DEA

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
