- Coverage Needed:
- ASAP - ongoing
- Clinical Information:
- Rounding Monday 7a - Monday 7a and taking hospital call one week per month
- Possible afternoon clinic on Tuesday and Thursday
- Call responsibilities: Daily hospital rounds, call and clinic time
- EMR: EPIC
- Patient Volume:
- Inpatient 12-15 patients per day
- Office up to 20 per day
- Support Staff:
- 4 RNs
- 3.5 MAs
- Required:
- CV must be in Month / Year format
- Must have license in hand at time of submission, or proof that the license application has been submitted
- Any gaps greater than 30 days will require an explanation on the CV
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
