Schedule
- Scheduled clinic hours +call
- Mon - Thurs
- 8a - 5p
- 4 shifts per week
- Call: 1 weeknight / alternate weekends
- 8-10 hours per day pending patient volumes
- No additional hours beyond 8 per day until 12 patient minimum is met

- Stroke certified facility
- Has 3 additional established permanent providers
Requirements
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Fellowship
- ABLS, ACLS, BLS
- Long term commitment - Preferred
- Driving distance candidates - Preferred
Call
- For assigned patients
- Beeper
- Call response time required: 1 hour
- Phone consults: 1
- Call is very light and consultative only
- 2-5 per week (phone only)
- Not required to be on-site while providing night or weekend call support
