**Job Description:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Resignation of Hematology Oncologist at Practice
- 50% Hematology, 50% Oncology
- Join: 1 physician remaining in practice
- Adult
- No radiology oncology on site but connected to Radiology Oncology team at the Medical Campus (5 miles away)
- No APPs in practice
- EPIC
**Practice Setting:**
- Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center
- Avg # of patients per day (Outpatient): 75
- Avg # of patients per day (Hospital call/rounding): 2
- Level 2 Trauma
