  • Support staff: Physician has a dedicated Nurse Navigator and Medical Assistant
  • Amount of coverage needed per month: Full-time
  • Patients per day:10-12
  • Patient population/age: Adult
  • Department description:
  • EMR: Cerner Community Works and EPIC for their OHSU Partnership
  • Hospital bed size: 25
  • Special procedures: 80% MedOnc, 20% HemOnc
  • Skills required:

  • Clinic/Private Practice: Yes
  • Hospital: Yes
REQUIREMENTS :
  • Board Certification: Yes
  • State license. An active Oregon license is preferred, but they are willing to consider candidates that need licensure.
  • DEA:Yes
  • Credentialing Timeframe: With active OR license can be as quick as 2 weeks, ideally client would like 6
  • Willing To License?: YES / NO?- Ask AM; Now willing to license as of 1/9 - will have to get the OR license and WA license.
