OUR ONCOLOGY/HEMATOLOGY OPPORTUNITY:
- Seeking BE/BC Oncologist/Hematologist for hospital employed position
- Join a group of six hospital employed Board-Certified Oncology physicians and one Radiation Oncology physician
- Walk into an established and very busy practice in an area of high need
- Work with experienced Advanced Practice Nurses and Oncology Certified Nurses
- On-site Board-Certified Oncology Pharmacist
- On-site lab
- In-house Patient Assistance Group to assist with both financial and social service needs of patients
- Warm and friendly support staff
- Average clinic patient visits/day: 11-14 (consults and follow-ups)
- Call: One week every six weeks
- Average number of inpatient consults/week while on call: 6
- Large service area of 450,000; residents from MO, OK, KS and OK
- New, near-site, state-of-the art day care/learning center is available exclusively for children of Freeman employees
- Teaching opportunities are available for medical students and residents
- Professional support services including hiring and billing as well as IT support and marketing are provided by the health system
