One of our facility partners has a locums coverage need in California and needs help. We are seeking Medical Oncologists to help provide long term locums coverage, starting as soon as possible. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical assessment and diagnosis for patients with Hematology and Oncology conditions
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
- Monitor and manage patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, radiologists, and pathologists, to provide holistic care
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Board-certified or Board Eligible
- Valid CA state medical license and DEA registration
- Credentialing needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based healthcare environment
- Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care
- 15+ patients per day
- Mix of 60% oncology and 40% hematology
