* 4-day work week and $675K salary, 1:5 call schedule.
* $50K signing bonus, $100K retention bonus after 1st year.
* 175,000 population in city and surrounding counties.
* One hour from metro area of 1 million population.
* Each physician has a their own dedicated APP.
* Target volume 16-20 patients per day.
