Hematology/Oncology opening in NW & Central Ohio Located in Findlay, OH Full-Time & Permanent Seeking a BE/BC Hematologist/Oncologist to join practice. - Fully comprehensive CoC accredited, stand-alone, regional cancer center - Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology (2 linear accelerators, 1 CT Simulator), Infusion (18 chairs currently), Pharmacy, Lab, Genetic counseling, Clinical & Financial navigation, Nutrition services, Clinical Trials and GYN-Oncology - On-site laboratory and pharmacy (board certified oncology pharmacist onsite) - Infusion therapy, radiation therapy - Care navigation, genetic counseling, dietician, clinical trials, nursing triage support, tumor registry, social worker - Radiation Oncology & Gyn/Oncology available on-site - Robust general surgery program and specialty services including ENT, Urology, Gynecology, Pulmonology and GI - Care team model, 1 dedicated registered nurse & 1 medical assistant per physician - Chemo certified RN's for inpatient chemotherapy administration - 2 full-time nurse practitioners to support outpatient practice - Clinic sees approximately 1200 new patients/year, clinic hours 8:00am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday - 50% Hematology/50% Oncology patient mix, most common cases are breast, colon, lung, prostate - 1:4 inpatient call, 7 consecutive days - Hospitalists admit all patients - Access to Mayo Clinic eConsult services, eTumor Boards & other educational opportunities - Integrated EMR with Cerner throughout health system - Base salary, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend - Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF) qualifying employer Location: Nestled in the Blanchard River Valley, Findlay/Hancock County is an ideal geographical location.
