**Position Requirements**
- Medical Degree- MD or DO Allopathic Residency and Fellowship.
- Completion of an accredited allopathic residency
- Hematology/Oncology Fellowship trained
- Licensed for the practice of medicine in the State of Pennsylvania
- Current board certification/eligibility in Hematology/Oncology
