Summary
Facility - Genesis Healthcare
Coverage - 12/4/23 - 8/5/24, M-F
Schedule - Clinic hours and call, Outpatient and Inpatient
Transitioning new provider
Full range of consultative, inpatient and outpatient Hematology and Oncology Services, including industry-sponsored clinical trials, and genetic counseling and screening.
Rate - $500 per hour
Requirements
Board Certified
BLS certification
Active OH license or IMLC
