This hospital group is seeking a Board Eligible or Board-Certified Fellowship trained Hematology Oncologist to join their regional Hematology Oncology team. Applicants should have an interest in growing a community based general oncology practice.

  • Monday-Friday 8-5 schedule
  • Shared Call model
  • Clinical responsibilities will include: developing treatment plans for new diagnosis in hematology oncology patients, chemotherapy oversight, supervising advance practice provider on follow up patients and participating in tumor board
  • Participation in a multi-hospital system of cancer care with 5 COC accredited sites sharing a common medical record and planned COC Network status.
  • Close collaboration with the Cancer Care team which includes a multidisciplinary team of specialists including radiation oncologists, hematology oncologists, surgical oncologists, gynecologic oncologist, neurological oncologist, hematology oncology fellows, and patient navigators
  • State-of-the-art equipment including a Gamma Knife, a Cyber Knife, Trubeam Linear Accelerators, 3D Mammography, 3 MT MRI, Ultrasound and a full spectrum of radiology services
  • Established clinical trials program
  • Large referral network with a population of 1.4 million people
