- Open Dates: ASAP ongoing due to vacancy
- Desired Schedule: M-F 8a-4:30p, 1:5 weekend and night call rotation
- Worksite Setting: 90% Outpatient, 10% Inpatient.100% Adult.
- 18 patients a day in office
- 6 MDs, 2 AP in practice
- Onsite lab
- Will supervise AP on occasion.
- Requirements: BLS, DEA, Board Certification.
- Will allow IMLC providers and will consider non-WA state licensed.
