Open to a flexible schedule or job share with another provider no
Support staff (Other MDs, NP/PA, RN etc) RN, MOA
Willing to consider non-licensed or IMLC providers
Patient load and type (inpatient/outpatient) Outpatient
Will this be full time hours? (Providers prefer min of 3-5 days per week) 3-5 days per visit
% of HemOnc versus Medical Onc? Med Onc only
How is time split between new consults and follow ups (30 min/45 min) follow ups 30 mins NP 1 hour
What % of call is Hem vs. Onc? n/a
