· Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, no call.

· Only Clinic unless patients are in the hospital. High volume of patients and hospital consults.

· EMR: Medhost

REQUIRED:

· Active AZ license or IMLC

· Board Certified

· ACLS, DEA,

· Proof of covid vaccine

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
