JOB DESCRIPTION:
Hospital is seeking a fellowship-trained, BE/BC Hematology Oncologist to join the regional team with an interest in growing a general oncology practice near the North Carolina/Virginia border. New grads welcome.
Highlights include:
· Monday – Friday in outpatient setting
· Established team of experienced nurses and navigators with support of APPs
· Shared regional call
· Outpatient clinical responsibilities
· Serve as an active member of the Cancer of Committee
· Affiliation with established academic tertiary program
· Built in referral network
· System-wide integrated EMR—EPIC

HOSPITAL:
This is a not-for-profit hospital offering just over 100 beds. The 15-bed ER serves approximately 20,000 patients per year from the local community and surrounding towns. This modern facility provides a wide range of health services to its nearly 40,000 residents in the four-county area.
