*Active PA License and Licensure

*Patient Mix: Typical Heme Oncology | Not Responsible for Non-Heme Onc Infusions
*Outpatient only
*Support Staff: 1 Full-Time APP in Addition to Locum Physician
*Workload Expectations: 15 Patients/Day
*Time to Credential: 30 days
