Requirements
Active Maryland License
Must have/be Willing to Obtain Maryland CDS (Controlled and Dangerous Substance)
DEA Required: Will accept candidates needing to apply for a state DEA or transfer a DEA from another state
Board Status: Board Certified, Board Eligible
