Job description
A new locum in Athens TN for a Clinic and Call Hematology/Oncology Physician is now available.
Required: BC, TN license, ACLS, BLS. Procedures required: Outpatient Hematology, and management of VAD/CV Catheters, VAD in infusion clinic not on clinic side, Chemotherapy (Intrathecal and Intracavitary), administration of chemotherapy, supervise infusion center.
Details: Schedule M-Th, 7:30 A-5P, plus call to support physician PTO from 2/13 through 4/17/23. Patients per shift, 18-22, 60/40 mix of Hema/Onc patients including Acute Leukemia, will see all types of patients including 2-4 consults daily. NOT required to perform BMT/BMB. Athena EMR. Call will be assigned and typically will be 1-2 contacts per week for emergencies.
