Hematology/Oncology Opportunity - La Grande, OR

Position Details
Approximately 200 clinic visits per month between two providers
- 4 days per week, 8-hour days at Grande Ronde Hospital (office hours: 8 am5 pm)
- 1 day per week, 8-hour day at Wallowa Memorial Hospital (68 patients weekly; mileage reimbursed)
Supported by a 0.8 FTE Nurse Practitioner
Hematology/Oncology providers are integrated with Infusion staff
- Infusion Clinic supports 475525 infusions per month
Full-time, permanent position
Utilizes Epic EMR
