Looking for a gynecology practice without OB, delivery, or hospital call responsibilities? This established Wisconsin practice is expanding its flexibility to meet growing patient demand, with options ranging from traditional full time schedules to week on/week off, two weeks on/two weeks off, and customized arrangements.

Position Highlights

• 100% Gynecology: Focus entirely on gynecologic care with no OB or delivery responsibilities.
• No Call or Weekends: Practice without call, weekend, or hospital responsibilities.
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose full time, part time as little as three days per week, week on/week off, two weeks on/two weeks off, or another customized schedule.
• Procedural Scope: Perform a broad range of gynecologic procedures with robotic surgery available if desired.

Practice & Resources

• Work with an experienced PA and midwife alongside family physicians and general surgeons.
• Manage approximately 90 GYN visits per month with APP support.
• Access three operating rooms and four on site CRNAs.
• Connect with tertiary and specialty care through University of Wisconsin partnerships, with an optional outreach clinic twice monthly.

Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary plus productivity incentives, signing bonus, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits, PTO, CME allowance, loan repayment assistance, PSLF eligibility, and an additional stipend for APP oversight.
