Job description
Healthcare United is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gynecologist to join a well established practice in Northwestern Illinois. This role focuses on bread and butter gynecology with access to advanced robotic technology in a primarily outpatient setting. Physicians will work within a collaborative team supported by experienced providers and staff. This opportunity offers strong work life balance with no overnight or weekend call
Job Responsibilities
• Perform general gynecologic procedures including minimally invasive and robotic surgery
• Evaluate diagnose and treat a wide range of women’s health conditions
• Collaborate with physicians advanced practice providers and hospital based teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within EMR system
• Participate in daytime call rotation
Qualifications
• Active Illinois medical license or ability to obtain
• Robotics training and experience required
• Strong clinical and surgical skills in gynecology
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment
Working Hours
• Primarily outpatient clinic setting
• Daytime call approximately one in three
• No overnight or weekend call
Skills
• Proficiency in robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques
• Strong clinical decision making and patient care skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
