🏥 Practice Setting

• Office + Inpatient Coverage

• 2-provider service model (one provider per site)

• Supported by rotating Nurse Practitioner

• 3 exam rooms

• Onsite ultrasound (GE equipment)

• EMR: Epic & ViewPoint

• Nursery Level III

📊 Practice Overview

• Average 27 scheduled patients per day

• 95% High-Risk Obstetrics

• 5% Low-Risk

• Dedicated support team including:

  • RN clinic educator

  • Sonographer

  • Genetic counselor

  • Front office team

🩺 Required Skills & Procedures

Candidates must be comfortable managing complex maternal and fetal conditions, including:

• Amniocentesis

• Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS)

• Cerclage (preferred)

• Pre-eclampsia

• Multiple gestation

• Fetal growth restriction

• Chromosomal & congenital abnormalities

• Pre-term labor

• Hypertension & thrombophilia

• Genetic disorders & birth defects

• Vaginal & Cesarean deliveries

• High-risk maternal co-morbidities

✅ Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine

• Completion of MFM Fellowship

• Active Virginia License

• BLS Certification

• AIUM Certification (Preferred)
