OB/GYN Physician – Full-Time Employed Position (Columbus, Ohio)

A growing OB/GYN practice in the Columbus, Ohio area is seeking a full-time, hospital-employed Obstetrics & Gynecology physician to join a respected and expanding team. Position Overview:

  • Full-time employed opportunity

  • Split schedule: 3–3.5 clinic days + 1 OR day

  • 1:4–1:5 shared call rotation, including weekends

  • Midwives support 1:3 call

  • Full-scope OB and GYN care, including robotic surgery (robotic interest preferred)

  • Teaching opportunities through a residency program (optional)

  • Physician must live within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals

  • Start date: ASAP to Fall 2026

  • New graduates welcome

  • Not open to Locums, Locum-to-Perm, 1099, visa candidates, or long-distance commuters

  • 216 hours PTO (27 days) with rollover

  • Full benefits begin on Day 1

  • Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

  • Board Eligible/Board Certified OB/GYN – Required

  • Ohio license or willingness to obtain – Required

  • Clean malpractice and license history – Required

  • DEA (or ability to obtain) – Required

  • Robotic surgery interest – Preferred

  • Confirmation that no visa sponsorship is required – Required

  • Credentialing fees are not reimbursed
