Job Description

Provide comprehensive obstetrics and gynecology care across outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital settings, ensuring high-quality, evidence-based services.

Manage a diverse patient panel, including prenatal, delivery, postnatal care, gynecologic surgeries, and preventative women’s health care.

Conduct inpatient rounds or coordinate care with hospitalists to maintain continuity for admitted patients.
-
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including primary care, pediatrics, CRNAs, advanced practice providers, and specialty consultants.

Utilize state-of-the-art procedural rooms equipped for ultrasound, colposcopy, and urodynamics, including access to advanced robotic surgical technology.

Participate in a shared call schedule for after-hours support while balancing work-life needs.

Work alongside an experienced Midwifery team to deliver coordinated patient-centered care.

Document and maintain medical histories, physical exams, consultations, procedures, and treatment plans in accordance with medical staff standards and legal requirements.

Provide leadership and mentorship to advanced practice providers and clinical support staff.

Engage in CME opportunities and utilize dedicated professional development resources.
-
Adhere strictly to organizational policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
-
Participate in outreach efforts supporting affiliated clinical locations.
-
Contribute to departmental and hospital quality improvement initiatives.

Serve a community-focused role at a critical access hospital delivering comprehensive services including emergency care, cardiac rehab, cancer care, wound care, and rehabilitation.

Compensation & Benefits

Guaranteed salary for 2 years starting at $425K, with additional productivity incentives.

$75,000 signing bonus.

$2,000/month residency or fellowship stipend for recent graduates.

$150,000 student loan assistance paid over 6 years.

Submission Requirements

Truly Board Eligible or Board Certified in OB/GYN – REQUIRED
-
Missouri license (or willingness to obtain) – REQUIRED
-
2 years of OB/GYN experience – REQUIRED (2–5 years highly preferred)

DEA must be obtained prior to start – REQUIRED
-
CSR/CDS must be obtained prior to start – REQUIRED
-
Must note if provider requires J1 visa support – REQUIRED

Clean malpractice and license history – Highly Preferred

Permanent Placement Fee $28K – REQUIRED
